Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our market presence in USA and Canada. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in lead generation, and client relationship management, with experience in the [industry e. g. , technology, Finance service]. This role requires market research, strategic sales planning, and deal closure to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the AU/NZ region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
  • Present and pitch products/services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable business growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to enhance sales efforts.
  • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Proven success in lead generation and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/CA market, industry trends, and customer behaviors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. ).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience infintech, professional services, or technology sales.
  • Existing network of business contacts in US/CA
  • Knowledge of contract negotiations and business law in USA & Canada
