About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will reach out to US-based medical professionals to introduce them to our business model and explore mutually beneficial collaborations. This is a night shift position aligned with US working hours, and ideal for candidates with excellent communication and relationship-building skills and comfortable with work from office.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and build connections with doctors, clinics, and medical professionals in the US.
• Present our business offering clearly and confidently to encourage partnership involvement.
• Conduct virtual meetings, discovery calls, and follow-ups to drive engagement.
• Understand the needs and interests of healthcare professionals and align them with our objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations and outcomes in CRM tools.
• Collaborate internally to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for partnered professionals.
• Stay informed about healthcare market dynamics and trends in the US.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, client outreach, or sales (preferably in healthcare or international process).
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable building trust and credibility with high-level professionals.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently during night hours.
• Familiar with CRM tools and virtual communication platforms.
• Shift Details
• Shift Timings: Night Shift (Aligned with US EST/PST hours – details provided during interview)
• Working Days: Monday to Friday (Work From HOME)
