Business Development Executive (US Client Coordination)

Influencer & Guest Speaker Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, approach, and onboard influencers and guest speakers relevant to our industry.
• Coordinate end-to-end communication between influencers, guest speakers, and US-based clients.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and briefing for speaking engagements and collaborations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, partners, and clients.
• Assist in US recruitment coordination when required, ensuring smooth communication with candidates and clients.
• Support business development activities, including lead generation, client follow-ups, and proposal preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications, agreements, and activities.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in influencer coordination, event management, or client relationship management.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal) with a US client-handling background preferred.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, email communication, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours to coordinate with US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in business development or recruitment coordination for international clients.
• Understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms.
