Business Development Executive (US Client Coordination)

You are a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive responsible for managing coordination with US-based clients. Your role includes building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client requirements, and supporting business growth opportunities. - Coordinate and communicate with US clients during night shift hours. - Understand client needs and ensure timely responses to their queries. - Build and maintain strong professional relationships with existing and potential clients. - Support the sales/business development team in lead generation, client follow-ups, and proposal submissions. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables. - Maintain records of interactions and prepare regular reports on client coordination activities. In order to excel in this role, you must meet the following requirements: - Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in client coordination, business development, or customer success (preferably with US clients). - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English. - Ability to work independently during US night shifts. - Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools will be an advantage.
