Job Purpose
The Digital Sales Associate (DSA) will be responsible for identifying and converting business opportunities from targeted audiences through digital and social media platforms. The role involves lead generation, qualification, relationship building, and sales conversion by effectively pitching relevant solutions to prospective customers.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with the Team Leader and assigned team members to complete allocated sales tasks
Identify and generate leads from digital and social media platforms Call, validate, nurture, and follow up with leads via phone and email Make cold calls to assess lead potential and filter qualified prospects Analyze customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication Track, analyze, and maintain lead and sales data using dashboards and reports Prepare daily/weekly sales reports by collecting and analyzing relevant data Ensure quality service delivery by adhering to organizational standards Maintain records of learning, lead progress, and performance Present updates, reports, and insights to the Team Leader/Manager
