Ultima Chemicals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Executive in Business Development to contribute to our growth trajectory As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a key role in achieving organizational objectives and fostering client relationships Key Responsibilities: 1 Business Strategy: Formulate and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational objectives Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities 2 Client Acquisition: Conduct market research, networking, and cold calling to discover new business opportunities Foster and sustain relationships with potential clients, understanding their requirements and offering tailored solutions 3 Sales and Revenue Generation: Achieve and surpass sales goals through impactful promotion of products/services Demonstrate adept deal closures and skillful negotiation for mutually beneficial contract terms Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3-4 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer behavior Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong negotiation and closing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
