Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive for our Medical Billing vertical to drive new business opportunities from the US healthcare market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, pitching services, and converting prospects into clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to US-based healthcare providers, clinics, and billing companies via cold calls

and emails.

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and online research.

• Understand client needs and explain UCGS's medical billing services effectively.

• Schedule and conduct product/service presentations and demos.

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and follow up with leads consistently.

• Work with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding of new clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work night shift (US time zone).

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Fresher or 6 months+ experience in international sales or healthcare process preferred.

• Graduate in any discipline.
