Job Description

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients and develop neSw business opportunities in the skincare and personal care products segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Present product information effectively to clients and address their specific requirements.
Achieve monthly sales targets through strategic planning and customer engagement.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close high-value deals.
Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management for product and strategy enhancement.
Train and mentor junior sales staff where required to enhance team performance.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile:

Strong
communication and customer service skills
with a polished and professional personality.
Proven track record in
business growth and development of 2-3 years
; experience in
skincare or personal care products
will be an advantage.
Open to travel
and meeting clients as required.
Excellent
interpersonal, negotiation, and networking skills
.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Familiarity with the
local market of Delhi NCR
is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
