Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and promote company products/services to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Lead Generation:

    Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Conversion Rate:

    Percentage of leads converted into paying customers.
  • Revenue Growth:

    Monthly/quarterly sales revenue achieved vs. target.
  • Client Acquisition:

    Number of new clients onboarded.
  • Client Retention Rate:

    Percentage of clients retained over a period.
  • Sales Cycle Duration:

    Average time taken to close a deal.
  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT):

    Feedback rating from clients.
  • Proposal Success Rate:

    Ratio of proposals sent to deals closed.
  • Networking Activity:

    Number of events attended or partnerships initiated.
  • CRM Usage:

    Timeliness and accuracy of data entered into CRM systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in IT Industry [ e.g., SaaS].
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and sales automation tools.
  • Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
