Role Overview

We’re looking for an ambitious Business Development Executive who understands the emerging tech space and can drive client acquisition, partnerships, and revenue. You’ll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building relationships, and expanding the reach of our blockchain and AI product lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients across the blockchain, AI, and Web3 sectors.
• Promote TecNeural’s products and services through strategic sales outreach.
• Build and maintain strong B2B relationships with startups, developers, communities, and investors.
• Research market trends, industry events, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams for GTM (go-to-market) execution.
• Support fundraising, channel partnerships, and strategic alliances.
• Represent TecNeural at conferences, online forums, and demo days.
• Generate weekly sales reports and lead funnels for business tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in tech sales, crypto marketing, or business development.
• Good understanding of blockchain concepts, tokenomics, crypto trading, and DeFi protocols.
• Familiar with ecosystems like Solana, Ethereum, and emerging AI use cases.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal + written).
• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in Web3 projects, startups, or digital product companies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
