Job Description

  • The Business Development Executive will play a pivotal role in driving Synclature s revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities
  • This position involves networking with potential clients, understanding their technology needs, and positioning Synclature s services as the ideal solution
  • You will collaborate closely with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure client expectations are met while maintaining strong, long-term relationships that foster repeat business and referrals
  • The ideal candidate is someone who is a proactive, tech-savvy professional with strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • They should understand how technology addresses business challenges, excel at communicating value to clients, and have a proven record of driving sales growth in the IT services domain

Job Responsibilities:

  • - Generate leads through networking, cold calls, emails, and digital channels
  • - Identify and qualify potential clients in industries aligned with Synclature s services
  • - Conduct discovery meetings to understand business challenges and propose suitable IT solutions
  • - Drive sales of Synclature s core IT and cybersecurity services, including Governance, Risk & Compliance( ISO, NIST, RBI, and SEBI frameworks, risk assessment, and compliance implementation), Strategic Technology & Cybersecurity Consulting (embed experts into client teams to align technology and security with business objectives), Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Cybersecurity Training & Digital Forensics and Operational Technology (OT) Security
  • - Develop customized proposals and quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • - Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track progress in CRM tools
  • - Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
  • - Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback to leadership for strategic decision-making

Qualifications and Skills:

  • - Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
  • - Proven experience of 2-4 years in B2B Sales, specially in selling IT services such as cloud, cybersecurity, software development, or consulting solutions
  • - Experience in preparing and managing government RFPs / tenders is highly desirable
  • - Strong understanding of IT services landscape and client business requirements
  • - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • - Ability to work independently, handle confidential information with discretion, and foster a collaborative work environment
