Job Summary:
We're seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our solar energy division in Chinnavedampatti, Coimbatore. This role focuses on driving new business for Solar Power Solutions and Solar EPC projects. The ideal candidate will have strong language proficiency, be able to clearly explain order/project processes, and be passionate about sustainable energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local solar energy market.
• Engage with clients to explain solar solutions, pricing, and the order/project flow with clarity.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat and referral business.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution post-order.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, including site visits and follow-ups.
• Maintain daily interaction logs and standardized reports for management review.

Candidate Requirements:

• Any degree is a must—Engineering, Science, or Business degrees preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent language proficiency in Tamil and English.
• Male candidates only, due to fieldwork demands.
• Confident, persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand and clearly explain the order-to-execution process.
• Possession of a two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.06 - ₹20,000.00 per month
