Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) Company: Stimulus Research Services Location: Ahmedabad Experience: 2-4 years Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to generate revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business partnerships. Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends. Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations. Negotiate and close deals with clients while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Maintain accurate records of business development activities and generate reports for management. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Good to have experience & knowledge in digital marketing. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients. Experience in preparing business proposals and presentations. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Lead Generation Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the Digital Marketing industry will be an advantage.
