Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing team. As a BDR at Skygoal, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts—identifying new business opportunities, qualifying inbound leads, and helping drive top-of-the-funnel growth. Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition will directly contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of daily inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, and other sources.
• Qualify leads based on their business needs, urgency, and alignment with Skygoal’s offerings.
• Schedule qualified meetings and pass sales-ready leads to the Sales Team.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and effective campaign execution.
• Conduct discovery calls with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Accurately document and track all lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
• Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Skygoal’s IT products and industry trends to confidently represent the brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a B2B Business Development or similar role, especially in handling inbound leads.
• Familiarity with IT services, tech startups, or digital transformation solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging clients via email, phone, and social media.
• Ability to quickly grasp and simplify complex technical concepts.
• Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Open to feedback and continuous learning.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
