Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our fast-growing team. As a BDR at Skygoal, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts—identifying new business opportunities, qualifying inbound leads, and helping drive top-of-the-funnel growth. Your ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and effectively communicate our value proposition will directly contribute to our success. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of daily inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, events, and other sources. Qualify leads based on their business needs, urgency, and alignment with Skygoal’s offerings. Schedule qualified meetings and pass sales-ready leads to the Sales Team. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to ensure smooth lead handoffs and effective campaign execution. Conduct discovery calls with current customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Accurately document and track all lead interactions and outcomes in the CRM system. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of Skygoal’s IT products and industry trends to confidently represent the brand. Requirements Proven experience in a B2B Business Development or similar role, especially in handling inbound leads. Familiarity with IT services, tech startups, or digital transformation solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging clients via email, phone, and social media. Ability to quickly grasp and simplify complex technical concepts. Self-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. Open to feedback and continuous learning. Proficiency in using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
