This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Pune, with some flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing accounts to build strong client relationships. Daily tasks will also include collaborating with internal teams, creating effective strategies for business growth, and maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
-Business development through cold calling and lead conversion
-In-person and telephonic career counseling for students and working professionals
-Promoting Skillomentum programs and services
-Conducting college marketing activities and outreach when required
-Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and institutions
-Achieving monthly sales and enrollment targets
-Location: Candidate must be based in Pune
-Experience: Minimum 1+ year of sales experience
-Preference given to candidates from EdTech or Real Estate
-Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
-Target-driven with a proactive approach
-Comfortable with both field and inside sales activities
-Graduate in any stream
-MBA in Marketing (preferred)
-Job Type: Hybrid
-Working Days: 5 Days a Week
-CTC: Up to ₹4.2 LPA+ Incentive Upto 3LPA(based on experience and performance)
