The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting products, managing field operations, achieving sales and collection targets, and developing strong customer and doctor relationships This role requires regular field visits, proactive client engagement, and effective execution of promotional strategies Key Responsibilities: Product Promotion: Promote the companys products to doctors and clients through effective communication and presentations Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits and appointments with doctors and healthcare professionals to generate leads and build brand awareness Sales & Collection Targets: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets along with timely collection of payments Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new doctors, clients, and customers to expand the business network Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly Promotional Activities: Organize and participate in marketing and promotional campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement Requirements: Experience: o Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, field sales, or a related role (Preferred) o Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector will be an added advantage Skills: o Excellent interpersonal and communication skills o Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction o Ability to work independently and manage field operations effectively Schedule: Day Shift - to Saturday Compensation & Benefits: Salary: 15,000 00 - 25,000 00 per month (based on experience and performance) Benefits: o Provident Fund o Performance Bonus o Quarterly Bonus o Yearly Bonus
