Job Description

Lead the sales activities at the area level through a dealer team, with the objective of meeting area sales target within the company guidelines. The BDM has the responsibility to carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys, monitor and report on activities and proved relevant management information. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. To generate the Sales from defined territory through dealer team Ensure proper functioning of PSS at dealer end. 2. Conduct activities for enquiry generation, & enquiry conversion. 3. Prepare monthly business plan and ensure achieving the plan. 4. Plan and integrate the total sales activities (enquiry generation, enquiry conversion etc.,) for the area under coverage. 5. Identifies potential opportunities needs in the area with existing and potential customers. 6. Design promotion campaigns and supervise its execution within the company guidelines. 7. Ensuring dealer manpower as per norms and providing training for them. 8. To carry out competitor analysis of the area and to inform the company. 9. Seamless co-ordination with dealer for funds and manage stocks at dealer level. 10. Liaison with retail finance companies. 11. Liaison with service dealer for concerned area for ensuring delighted customers, hence maximising business. Required Skills: Should have experience in handling Channel Sales. Should have market knowledge and Proven sales track record. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
