Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive at the growing IT & Digital Services company, your key responsibility will be to identify, research, and generate new B2B leads in target markets. You will pitch the IT and digital service offerings to prospective clients and efficiently manage leads through Salesforce CRM or similar tools. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial, along with collaborating with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing. Meeting and exceeding sales targets within the contract duration is essential, and providing regular sales reports and pipeline updates. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, research, and generate new B2B leads in target markets. - Pitch IT and digital service offerings to prospective clients. - Manage leads efficiently through Salesforce CRM (or similar tools) tracking, updating, and following up regularly. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business. - Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing. - Meet and exceed sales targets within the contract duration. - Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales/business development, preferably in IT/digital services. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM (or similar CRM tools) for lead management and follow-ups. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results. - Knowledge of IT/digital service industry trends is an advantage. - Self-driven, target-oriented, and resilient in achieving goals.,
