Business Development Executive (BDE)

This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in business development while contributing to the success of a dynamic and growing company.  


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and prospect new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking events. 
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business partnerships. 
  • Sales Presentations:

    Develop and deliver tailored sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients. 
  • Market Research:

    Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to enhance business strategies and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Proposal and Negotiation:

    Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets. 
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with company goals. 
  • Reporting:

    Regularly report sales activities, progress, and performance against targets to senior management. 
  • Customer Feedback:

    Gather and provide feedback from clients to improve products, services, and overall customer experience. 

 

Required Skills:

 

  • Experience:

    3 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 
  • Communication:

    Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. 
  • Market Knowledge:

    Basic understanding of industry trends, competitors, and customer requirements. 
  • Problem-Solving:

    Ability to identify challenges and develop practical solutions to meet client and business needs. 
  • Time Management:

    Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. 
  • Team Player:

    Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
