Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients within the staffing and recruitment market.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business growth strategies.
  • Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, and networking platforms
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, target-driven, and eager to learn new business development techniques.
