As a Business Development Executive (Sales) at our company, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, building client relationships, and promoting our construction services and projects. You will need to be a proactive sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sector. - Generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and client meetings. - Meet potential clients to understand their project requirements and provide suitable proposals. - Collaborate with the project and design teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas of business growth. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent sales and negotiation abilities - Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology - Lead generation and client management expertise - Target-driven and self-motivated attitude - Problem-solving and presentation skills Educational Qualification: - BTech/ Diploma in Civil In addition to the job description, our company also provides the following benefits: - Cell phone reimbursement - Food provided - Internet reimbursement Please note that this is a full-time job and the work location is in person.
