Role Overview

Talent Acquisition Executive

1.5+ years of inside sales experience

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment for Sales Roles:

  • Understand role requirements and hiring needs from Sales Leaders.
  • Source candidates via

    job portals, LinkedIn, internal database

    , and referrals.
  • Screen and assess candidates for role fit, communication, and sales aptitude.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, feedback, and closures.

Process & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage the entire recruitment funnel from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain candidate data accurately in ATS or internal tracking systems.
  • Partner with hiring managers to meet hiring SLAs and targets.

Candidate Engagement:

  • Provide a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for NxtWave during candidate interactions

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1.5+ years of B2C Inside Sales experience

    (Ed-tech, Real Estate, Finance, etc.).
  • Clear understanding of sales funnels, customer handling, and consultative selling.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in Odia and English.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Basic familiarity with recruitment tools and MS Office.

Education:

  • Any graduate degree

Tech Requirements:

  • Must use own

    laptop

    for daily operations.
  • Comfortable with on-site role in

    Hyderabad

Preferred Qualities

  • Highly target-driven and performance-focused.
  • Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
  • A passion for people, problem-solving, and hiring.
  • Previous mentoring or team-building experience in sales is a plus.
