Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive

with proven experience in the

SaaS industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the SaaS domain.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, LinkedIn outreach, and industry events.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements and present product demonstrations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to the product team based on customer insights to support product improvements.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly business growth KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in Business Development or Sales specifically in the SaaS industry.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles, subscription models, and software platforms.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to understand and explain technical products to customers.

  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).

  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B SaaS selling.
  • Knowledge of lead generation automation tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
