About the Role:

We are hiring freshers who are passionate about full-stack development using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). This is a 2-year structured program starting with real-time project training, followed by full-time employment and continuous career growth.

Program Highlights:

• Month 1: Hands-on unpaid training in a live project environment
• From Month 2: Paid employment with progressive salary structure
• 1st Year: Focused learning, mentorship, and live projects
• 2nd Year: Increased responsibility on production projects
• Security Deposit: Submission of 10th-grade marksheet (refundable after 1 year)

Salary (In-Hand):

• Month 1: Unpaid Training
• Month 2–4: ₹8,000/month
• Month 5–8: ₹10,000/month
• Month 9–12: ₹12,000/month
• Month 13–18: ₹15,000/month
• Month 19–24: ₹20,000/month

Responsibilities:

• Build full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Participate in code reviews and agile development
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and UI/UX teams
• Learn Git version control, state management, and debugging techniques
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher (B.Tech/B.E./BCA/MCA/Any graduate in CS or IT preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js
• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to commit for 2 years (mandatory)
• Should be located in or willing to relocate to Indore

⚠ Important Payment Terms:

• This is a placement-based program. Selected candidates must bear the placement charges.
• Refundable security deposit (10th marksheet) is required.

Office Timings:

Monday to Saturday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
(3rd Saturday of every month is a holiday)
