Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential international clients using online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.).
• Reach out to prospects via

  emails, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calls

  .
• Qualify leads based on client needs, budget, and decision-making ability.
• Schedule appointments, demos, and meetings for senior sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in CRM tools.
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.
• Work closely with business development and marketing teams to meet targets.
• Build long-term professional relationships with international clients.

Required Skills

• Excellent

  English communication skills (written & verbal – mandatory)

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Basic understanding of

  IT services and software development lifecycle

  .
• Familiarity with lead generation tools, email campaigns, or LinkedIn outreach.
• Ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech (CSE)/MCA preferred.
• Freshers with internship/project experience in coding

  OR

• 6 months – 2 years of experience in

  IT Inside Sales / International Business Development
