Business Development Executive- Rooftop - Solar C&IResponsibility

Deliverable 1. Data Sourcing and Management 2. Sales Meetings 3. Sales Proposals 4. Sales Conversion

Data Sourcing and Management

  • Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Lusha, Linkedin, Fundoodata, Google search, company CRM, Company database and from offline networks of the decision maker of solar projects from the Purchase, Sustainability, Maintenance departments and C-level executives of companies in the business of manufacturing of FMCG, Automobile, Industrial products, Polymers, Agriculture, Pharma or in the business of warehousing and datacenters
  • Maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization and the CRM – Pipedrive.
  • Cold Calling to prospective customers and follow-ups with customers to collect data required to build a savings sheet for the client.

Sales Meetings-

  • Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client, making ROI’s and tentative budgetary proposal
  • Having effective sales meetings in order to: o Understand the electricity consumption and capex willingness of the client
  • Position Artha Energy Resources as the best choice for the client
  • Generate requirements for industrial scale solar projects from the client
Sales Proposals
  • Create presentations based on the client requirements
  • Co-ordinate with the operations team to generate techno-commercial proposal

Sales Conversion-

  • Negotiate win-win deals
  • Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines

Client Co-ordination-

  • Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
  • Be the interface between the client and the operations team from contract to completion of project.
