Job Description

Revent Labs is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (IT Sales) to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are eager to build a career in IT sales, client acquisition, and business growth.

You will receive hands-on training, exposure to real client interactions, and an opportunity to work closely with experienced sales and delivery teams. If you are confident, curious about technology, and ready to learn how businesses grow through sales, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and online research.
  • Support handling of inbound leads and assist senior team members in follow-ups.
  • Learn and participate in client calls, sales meetings, product demos, and presentations.
  • Build basic client relationships through timely communication and follow-ups.
  • Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-up notes in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and technical teams to understand service offerings and client requirements.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and sales documentation.
  • Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets with guidance and mentorship.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Any graduate or postgraduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to learn cold calling, lead generation, and IT sales processes.
  • Basic understanding or interest in IT services, software, or digital solutions.
  • Confidence, positive attitude, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.


Nice to Have
  • Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services like web development, app development, cloud, or SaaS.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, or lead generation platforms.
  • Interest in working with domestic and international clients.
