Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Assist in identifying new business opportunities
by researching potential markets and prospects to support the growth of the companys customer base.

2. Support the development and maintenance of client relationships
by engaging with key customers, partners, and stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members.

3. Work with the product and sales teams
to understand customer needs and gather feedback that can help improve product features and offerings.

4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity
by collecting and analyzing relevant data to help identify business opportunities and risks.

5. Contribute to sales forecasting and reporting
by maintaining accurate records and assisting in the preparation of budgets and revenue tracking.

6. Prepare periodic updates and reports
for senior management on lead generation, client interactions, and market activities.

7. Build industry knowledge
by researching market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products to support informed business development strategies.

8. Support marketing initiatives
by helping to coordinate campaigns, promotional events, and lead generation activities.

9. Assist in deal negotiations
by preparing documentation, coordinating with clients, and supporting the closing process with guidance from senior executives.

10. Help develop sales and marketing materials
such as proposals, presentations, and case studies to aid the business development process.

11. Promote customer satisfaction
by liaising with the customer success team to understand and respond to client needs or issues.

12. Represent the company
at networking events, trade shows, and conferences when required to promote the brand and build professional connections.

13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
including marketing, product development, and customer success to deliver a smooth customer experience.

14. Stay updated with industry developments
by regularly reading relevant news, blogs, and publications to continuously improve knowledge and performance.
