You are a skilled ServiceNow Developer with expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM. Your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to ensure effective asset management throughout their lifecycle. In the IT Asset Management (ITAM) domain, you will configure and manage the lifecycle of IT assets, from procurement to retirement. Your task includes ensuring seamless integration with other ServiceNow modules and third-party systems, implementing asset discovery, reporting, and compliance processes. For Hardware Asset Management (HAM), your role involves overseeing the tracking and management of physical hardware assets, including lifecycle, inventory, and depreciation. You will integrate tracking systems like barcodes or RFID for better asset visibility. In Software Asset Management (SAM), you will manage software licenses, track software usage and compliance, optimize licensing costs, and prepare for audits. Additionally, you will ensure accurate software inventory and integration with procurement processes. You will be responsible for writing custom scripts, designing workflows, and configuring ServiceNow modules to automate processes, improve functionality, and ensure efficient asset management. Collaborating with stakeholders, providing user training, and ensuring smooth operation of asset management functions will also be part of your job scope. Maintaining security and compliance in asset management processes is crucial. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience, expertise in ITAM, HAM, and SAM modules, strong scripting and configuration skills in ServiceNow, and preferably hold ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are also required.,
