Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Scout and pursue high-potential business opportunities in the US, EU, and APAC markets
  • Connect with decision-makers via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to meet and exceed targets
  • Keep pace with industry trends and market insights to sharpen strategy


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
  • 1–5 years of experience in Business Development (bonus if in IP and R&D)
  • Outstanding communication skills – both verbal and written
  • A fast learner with an adaptable mindset and client-first approach
