Looking for a Patent Analyst with an Electronics & Communication background to support patent infringement analysis. Evidence of Use (EoU) preparation and claim mapping. The role involves identifying potentially infringing products, analyzing technical documents, and supporting IP litigation/licensing. Responsibilities Conduct infringement searches and analysis to identify products/technologies that potentially infringe on specific patents. Prepare comprehensive Evidence of Use (EoU) charts and claim charts by mapping patent claims to publicly available product literature, datasheets, whitepapers, and standards. Conduct patent invalidity searches in high-tech areas. Perform claim mapping between patent claims and technical disclosures found in market literature, standards (IEEE, 3GPP, etc.), or product manuals. Support patent litigation, licensing, and monetization activities through detailed technical analysis. Collaborate with IP attorneys, inventors, and other stakeholders to explain technical findings and support legal strategies. Conduct prior art searches when needed for invalidation or opposition support. Conduct patent invalidity searches in high-tech areas. Qualifications · B.E./M.E. in Electronics & Communication or related field · Minimum 2+ years in patent analysis, EoU, or IP consulting · Strong patent claim interpretation and technical analysis skills · Familiarity with IP tools (Thomson Innovation, PatSnap, Derwent, Orbit, etc) and standards (LTE, Wi-Fi, etc.) · Familiarity with US and EP patent systems, as well as WIPO.
