Role Overview

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Responsibilities

• Identify, connect with, and convert prospective clients across global markets.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to our project team.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotes, and service delivery timelines.
• Actively pitch our services on platforms such as LinkedIn, email, Upwork, etc. (optional but a plus).
• Report regularly on leads, conversations, and conversions.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in IT or digital services).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Understanding of web, software, and digital service landscapes is a major plus.
• Strong network or presence on LinkedIn, freelance platforms, or relevant industry forums is beneficial.
  

Compensation

• This is a purely

  commission-based

  opportunity.
