Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, self-motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us grow our client base globally. This is a remote, commission-based role , ideal for freelancers, independent sales consultants, or anyone with strong business development skills and a network of potential clients in need of digital solutions. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities and will earn a percentage of the total project value for every successful deal you bring in. Responsibilities Identify, connect with, and convert prospective clients across global markets. Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to our project team. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotes, and service delivery timelines. Actively pitch our services on platforms such as LinkedIn, email, Upwork, etc. (optional but a plus). Report regularly on leads, conversations, and conversions. Requirements Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferably in IT or digital services). Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal & written). Ability to work independently and remotely. Understanding of web, software, and digital service landscapes is a major plus. Strong network or presence on LinkedIn, freelance platforms, or relevant industry forums is beneficial. Compensation This is a purely commission-based opportunity. You will receive a competitive percentage of the total project value as commission for every deal you close. High-ticket projects bring in higher commission rewards — no upper limit on earnings.
