About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and research prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding business from current clients.
• Maintain long-term client relationships by providing timely support, product information, and solutions.
• Generate qualified leads through referrals, cold calls, social media, and other channels.
• Conduct domain mapping, prospecting, negotiation, and deal closures with proper documentation.
• Set up meetings between clients and the company’s business heads.
• Develop sales approaches, pitch scripts, and tailored proposals that meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate reports of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development (B2B preferred). Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales may also apply.
• Proven ability in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
