Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1.Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate sector & site visit. 2.Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies. 3.Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, brokers, and property developers. 4.Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis. 5.Present and promote real estate properties to potential buyers and investors. 6.Negotiate deals and contracts to close sales successfully. 7.Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns. 8.Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. 9.Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. 10.Keep updated records of sales, leads, and client interactions in the CRM system. Qualifications & Skills: 1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field / PUC With real estate experience. 2.Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate. 3.Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends. 4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5.Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6.Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving sales targets. 7.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. 8.Willingness to travel and meet clients as required. Preferred: 1.Experience in real estate sales or business development. 2.Familiarity with real estate laws and property documentation processes.
