Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation & Prospecting : Identify/research target clients (e.g., construction, energy, logistics) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav, Apollo.io, and industry databases. Build a robust pipeline of 150+ qualified leads monthly.
• Tele-Sales & Outreach : Execute 40-50+ outbound calls/day to pitch drone solutions, address pain points, and book demos. Craft persuasive email sequences to engage prospects.
• Follow-up & Relationship Management : Implement structured follow-up mechanisms (CRM-tracked calls/emails) to nurture prospects. Overcome objections and position ROI of drone tech.
• Sales Process Ownership : Manage leads from initial contact to closure in. Achieve monthly/quarterly targets for demos booked, opportunities created, and revenue.
• Market Intelligence : Report competitor insights and customer feedback to refine sales strategy.

Skills Required :

• 2+ years in tele-sales/inside sales/business development, preferably in SaaS/hardware/tech.
• Proven success in outbound lead generation and achieving sales KPIs (calls, conversions, revenue).
• Mastery of follow-up strategies and CRM tools (e.g. Kylas ).
• Excellent phone presence: articulate, confident, and persuasive.
