As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will need to leverage your exceptional communication skills, proactive approach, and a genuine passion for sales and market expansion to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Identify potential clients through various channels like cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals. - Conduct research on market trends and analyze competitor offerings. - Client Acquisition: - Present and pitch products/services to prospective clients. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our offerings effectively. - Sales Execution: - Engage in negotiations, finalize contracts, and successfully close sales deals. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. - Relationship Management: - Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring client relationships. - Provide post-sales support and promptly address any client requirements. - Reporting & CRM: - Maintain precise records of sales, leads, and client interactions for effective tracking. - Generate and submit reports detailing sales performance regularly.
