Job Description

As a Business Development Executive for Hardware & Software Sales in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities and establishing strong client relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Generating new business leads through various channels such as cold calls, networking, references, and client meetings. - Building and nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners. - Understanding customer requirements to recommend suitable hardware and software solutions. - Creating and delivering customized presentations, proposals, and quotations. - Negotiating pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals. - Achieving and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. - Staying updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. - Maintaining accurate sales reports and customer interaction records in CRM tools. Your skills and competencies should include: - Strong sales, negotiation, and networking skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Good understanding of IT hardware and software solutions. - Self-motivation, target-orientation, and ability to work independently. - Capability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers. The qualifications and experience required for this role are: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. - 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT hardware and software solutions. - Experience in the Bangalore market with an existing client network will be advantageous. - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
