Executive -Inside Sales-Female

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive(Female) to join our growing team. The candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities: Reach out to potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social media. Qualify inbound and outbound leads and convert them into opportunities. Maintain and update CRM with lead status, follow-ups, and client information. Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to drive pipeline growth. Handle customer queries effectively and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up diligently on open leads and opportunities. Provide feedback to improve products, services, and the sales process. Key Requirements: Any degree or related field. 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or lead generation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Experience using CRM tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).is an added advantage Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player. Basic understanding of sales metrics and data reporting. Preferred Skills: Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Familiarity with outbound sales techniques and tools.
