Assistant Accounts-Male

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Accounts professional to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate will handle bookkeeping, assist in preparing financial reports, manage invoices, and ensure accuracy in all accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payments
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
• Assist in the preparation of GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Handle petty cash and employee reimbursement claims
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the senior accountant or finance manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
• Working knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a manufacturing or trading company
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation rules
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Zoho Books, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
