Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client meetings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital/IT solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the company.
  • Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports for management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role in IT/digital services (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
