Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products or services, and industry trends Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to ensure long-term relationships and repeat business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Present our services effectively to clients, showcasing our strengths and unique value propositions. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable business deals. Requirements: Bachelor's Graduate A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage. Experience in business development, sales, or a similar role is preferred but Freshers can also apply. Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales techniques, and negotiation skills.
