Job Description

As a Business Development Executive/Placement Executive , your main role is to connect HR professionals with students to ensure successful job placements. You'll focus on understanding company needs, fostering relationships with them, and effectively communicating job opportunities to students. Responsibilities: Searching of Companies and making tie-ups with the companies to place students will be the main responsibility of the candidate. Should have strong connections in the market for making tie ups. Connect students to employers by facilitating interviews, matching students to internship sites, and assisting with job placement. Provide support for student participation in job placement activities, including documentation, communication between employers and students. Serve as a liaison between the college, employers, and community regarding administrative and operating requirements for the work-based learning and job placement program. Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for job placement and work-based learning opportunities. Utilize technology to promote job placement and work-based learning and maintain work-based learning/job placement website and social media platforms • Candidates should have strong communication skills. Organize and host employer visits, job fairs, and recruitment events. Develop and maintain relationships with employers to create job and internship opportunities for students. Coordinate and manage on-campus and off-campus recruitment activities, including interviews and placement drives.
