Role Overview: We are looking for a Business Development Executive to handle both Pixzl & Pixzlwed, driving sales, building partnerships, and managing client relationships. Responsibilities: Generate leads and convert them into bookings. Build and maintain client & partner relationships. Pitch packages and close deals for business content & events. Tie up with hotels, corporates, and event partners. Coordinate with creative/operations teams for smooth execution. Skills & Qualities: Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Odia). Strong sales, networking & negotiation skills. Target-driven with interest in photography, events & branding. Basic knowledge of CRM/MS Office/social media. Qualifications: Graduate (MBA preferred). 1–5 years in sales/business development (event/media/hospitality background is a plus). Benefits: Salary + attractive incentives.
