Location: Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days Working)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team in Okhla Phase 3, New Delhi. This role involves generating leads, onboarding new clients, and playing a key role in business growth. Ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, closing deals, and building relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, referrals, and other channels
• Pitch products/services to prospective clients and handle objections
• Convert leads into successful client onboardings
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Maintain records of sales activities and client communication
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and client acquisition
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (preferred)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
