About the Role: We are looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Business Development Associate (BDA) who will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary role will be to identify prospects, initiate contact and book product demos with decision-makers. Youβll play a crucial role in driving our lead-to-demo conversion rate. Key Responsibilities: β Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. β Qualify leads based on their fit and interest in our products. β Book high-quality product demos for the Sales Executive team. β Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM. β Follow up with leads regularly to ensure engagement and interest. β Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Requirements: β Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. β Strong communication and interpersonal skills. β Comfortable with cold outreach and lead qualification. β Ability to handle rejections professionally and persistently. β Prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus.
