Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities Area:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on inquiries.
  • Identify customer needs and provide suitable product/service recommendations.
  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate records of conversations and sales activities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in spoken Hindi and English (additional regional languages a plus).
  • Comfortable working with sales CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in online services/sales.
  • Knowledge of digital sales platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
