About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate

    new business orders

    for ELV systems including CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Structured Cabling, AV, Gate Barriers, etc.
  • Meet and exceed

    monthly and quarterly sales targets

    .
  • Identify, pursue, and close opportunities with contractors, consultants, developers, and end clients.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting.
  • Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the technical team for solution design, BOQ preparation, and tender submissions.

Requirements

  • Minimum

    3 years of ELV sales experience

    with a

    proven track record of closing deals and bringing orders

    .
  • Existing

    client network

    in the construction / MEP / ELV market is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of ELV systems and standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
