As a Business Development Executive at our company in Kochi, Kerala, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and client relations. Your main responsibilities will include: - Client Acquisition: Identifying, researching, and acquiring new clients to expand our business. - Lead Generation: Conducting market research to generate quality leads. - Business Meetings: Scheduling and attending meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. - Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding monthly sales goals. - Market Analysis: Keeping track of industry trends and customer requirements. - Travel: Being willing to travel locally for client meetings and business development. - Professional Presence: Maintaining a smart and professional appearance at all times. To qualify for this role, you must: - Be a graduate in any discipline. - Have 2-3 years of experience in sales/business development (preferred), although fresh graduates with a passion for sales are also welcome. - Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. - Be target-driven with a proactive mindset. - Be based in Kochi, Kerala.
