Business Development Executive - Pharmaceuticals

Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive in the Pharmaceuticals, Food Additives, and Co-processed MCC industry, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and expanding the market presence across India. You should be a dynamic and motivated individual with 3-6 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential customers within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and food sectors. - Cultivate and strengthen relationships with procurement teams, R&D heads, and key decision-makers. - Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements and offer suitable product recommendations. - Conduct market research and gather competitive intelligence to support the business strategy. - Update and manage customer databases, track leads, and oversee sales pipelines using CRM tools. - Meet sales targets and actively contribute to regional growth initiatives. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Food Technology, or related field; an MBA in Marketing is a plus. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or marketing, preferably in a B2B setting. - Good understanding or willingness to learn about excipients, MCC, and formulation ingredients. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently and willingness to travel extensively.,
